Notice of Legionella Bacteria Detection and Temporary Closure of Natural Hot Spring "THE SPA"

On October 5 (Mon), we learned that Legionella bacteria exceeding the allowable limit had been detected at the facility. Natural Hot Spring "THE SPA" will therefore be closed from that day until further notice.

Under the guidance of the local public health center, we will investigate the cause, clean and disinfect the facilities, and review our management procedures.
Once these measures are complete, we will retest the water quality and plan to reopen after the local public health center confirms that it is safe to do so.

We sincerely apologize for the considerable concern and inconvenience this has caused our guests and everyone affected.

・Your name will be confirmed at the reception.
・Instructions for applying for a day trip bath will be provided at the time of check-in.

Guests using Suzuka Circuit Park or watching races

・At the reception, please present one of the following: admission ticket, passport ticket, Asobi View reservation screen, race viewing ticket, electronic ticket, or receipt from purchase.
・After the closing of Suzuka Circuit Park, you cannot pass through the park. Please use the sidewalks outside the park.
・Guests arriving by car can park at the nearest hotel parking lot. However, on race and event days where designated parking tickets are sold, access restrictions are also in place within the hotel area and non-guests will not be able to park. Please check the following.
① Guests using the on-site parking lot, please use the purchased parking area while using THE SPA.
② Guests without advance parking tickets or on-site parking tickets, as well as those using off-site parking, cannot enter or park their vehicles inside the circuit when using the day trip bath. Thank you for your understanding.

* Advance reservation is required for the day use. Reception will end as soon as the capacity is reached.
* Day use of THE SPA is an exclusive service for the guest using SUZUKA CIRCUIT HOTEL, Family Camp, Suzuka Circuit Park, and race specators.
* The use of THE SPA by those who with tattoos or who are under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.
* ONLY children under 120cm tall and under age 6 are allowed into the baths for the opposite sex.
