The route bus (Mie Kotsu) from Shirako Station to SUZUKA CIRCUIT arrives at the SUZUKA CIRCUIT Main Gate.
Also, the route bus from SUZUKA CIRCUIT to Shiroko Station departs from the SUZUKA CIRCUIT Main Gate.
We offer a shuttle bus (free of charge) between the Main Gate and the hotel front. 【*Reservation required】

There have been reports of overheating and fire incidents caused by lithium-ion battery products such as mobile batteries both domestically and internationally.

To ensure all guests can stay safely and securely, we kindly ask for your cooperation in following the precautions below regarding the use of mobile batteries and similar devices.

■ Please refrain from using or storing the product in places that become hot or near flammable materials.
<Examples> ・By windows exposed to direct sunlight ・Near beds, sheets, or curtains ・Inside bags or fabrics, places where heat can easily build up
■ Also, please refrain from using products in the following conditions
<Examples> ・Swollen ・Abnormally hot ・Damaged

■ Please refrain from charging the product when you are away from the guest room or while sleeping.
When charging the product, please do so in a condition where you can monitor the product’s status.

■ If any of the above are found during guest room cleaning or other times during your stay, hotel staff may move the product or stop charging it. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

■Request for Your Understanding
Accidents caused by misuse or malfunction of mobile batteries may be the responsibility of the user. For safety reasons, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

About check-in congestion
The front desk may be crowded before and after the park closes, and check-in may take some time (30 to 60 minutes).
We accept check-in procedures from the time of your arrival, so we recommend stopping by the front desk before going to the park. (You can enter your guest room after 15:00.)

Information on Identity Verification Methods for IC Credit Card Payments
Due to credit card industry policy, the ability to skip entering the PIN (PIN bypass) through terminal operations in stores will be discontinued as of March 2025. After April 2025, we will not be able to process transactions using "customer signature" without entering the PIN, so please check your PIN in advance.

Notice of Removal of Alcohol Vending Machines in Hotel Premises
The National Tax Agency is promoting efforts to refrain from selling alcoholic beverages through vending machines from the perspective of preventing underage drinking.
Our hotel also follows the direction and guidelines of the National Tax Agency and will remove alcohol vending machines, and only sell soft drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages.
Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at the Hotel THE MAIN Lobby Shop (open from 8:00 to 21:00) and at the hotel front desk (21:00 to 24:00). They can also be purchased at the nearby Seven Eleven, which is about a 3-minute drive from the hotel.
