Precautions for watching the race

■About Viewing Areas

1.
Please refrain from watching or taking photos while standing in areas other than the seating area, such as the aisles and stairs in the spectator stands.
※May obstruct the view of rear seat passengers.
*Please refrain from watching or taking photos outside of the designated seat area.
2.
Customers who have purchased tickets for the West Area, please watch the race from the West Course area. In areas other than the West Area, such as aisles and pathways, we have installed curtains to prevent overcrowding from standing, so viewing is not possible. 予めご了承ください。
※Excluding V1, V2 seats and photographer area on Wednesdays and Fridays.
3.
On Fridays, all areas except for Formula 1 Paddock Club™, VIP Suite Premium, R-BOX, GRAN VIEW seats, V1 seats, V2 seats, and the photographer exclusive area will be free seating.
Those with reserved seat tickets can enter the west area (G (overpass side), J, L, M, N, O, P) from April 5th (Fri) to 7th (Sun).

■Ensuring viewing spaces, shaded areas, and rest areas throughout the venue

1.
Leisure sheets are allowed only in the west area, but please use them as a guide with a width of about 60cm and a height of about 70cm per person.
2.
If items are left unattended for a long period of time, they may be considered as "reserving a spot" and may be removed.
※Please remove your leisure sheet or other items when leaving the area.
※You cannot reserve a place that spans days.
We are not responsible for any damage, dirt, loss, etc. caused by removal.
3.
We will immediately remove any gum tape, craft tape, vinyl string, etc. used for reserving spaces.
※If any damage to other customers' clothing or seat paint occurs due to this place reservation, we may charge you for the actual cost.

■Installation of cheering banners and use of cheering flags

1.
Banners cannot be attached to handrails, etc. Please install them in places that do not obstruct the view of other customers, such as the top fence of the stand or the bottom fence of the front row.
2.
If the size of the cheering banner is deemed too large by the staff, we may refuse to install it or remove it.
3.
If applicable, we may remove it.
・If there are URLs, company logos unrelated to F1, or other expressions that are deemed inappropriate
・In case of strong winds, unclear installation, or other reasons deemed dangerous
・If it causes inconvenience to other customers (such as blocking the wind, being unsightly, or causing discomfort)
 We are not responsible for any damage, soiling, or loss of items due to removal.

■About Bringing in Personal Items

 
Prohibited to bring in and use within the following premises.
1.
Tent, Parasol
※In case of rain, please watch with a kappa poncho. Umbrellas may obstruct the view of other customers and can cause injuries or accidents due to contact during crowded times, so please refrain from using them in the viewing seats, pit walk, and other events on the course.
※Please refrain from using umbrellas in the spectator seats.
2.
Cheer horn, air horn, drums, and other high-volume equipment
3.
Devices that emit intense light such as laser pointers *However, flashlights and camera flashes are excluded.
4.
Pets (excluding specially trained animals such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs)
5.
Bicycles, kick scooters, roller boards, etc.
6.
Bonfires, barbecues, fireworks, smoke bombs, etc.
7.
Generator, compressor, fuel, etc.
8.
Connecting chairs or stepladders inside the facility with chain locks, etc.
If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, we may confiscate them.
9.
Please put trash in the trash can instead of leaving it on the ground.
※The trash cans are sorted, so please put them in according to the type.

■Use of Cameras and Filming Equipment

1.
Cameras and video cameras with a total length of 26cm or more (including lenses, lens hoods, camera bodies, etc.) are prohibited from use in all spectator seats and area seats, except for the photographer area. If the length exceeds 26cm when zoomed, please do not use the camera and refrain from zooming.
2.
On Fridays, cameras with a total length of 26cm or more can be used in general admission areas other than V1 and V2, as long as they do not cause inconvenience to other customers. However, there may be cases where their use is prohibited depending on the situation.
※Please use it after confirming the surrounding environment sufficiently even in the available area.
3.
Please be mindful not to inconvenience those around you, even if you have a camera that is less than 26cm in length.
4.
Please refrain from using "selfie sticks" and other items that may obstruct the view or pose a safety hazard in crowded areas or within the spectator seating area. Thank you for your understanding.

■Smoking

The viewing area is completely non-smoking except for designated smoking areas.
