QHow many people are required to be considered a group?

AAs for the number of paid people on the day, the total number of adults, children, and infants (3 years old to preschoolers) will be treated as a group of 15 or more.

When using Suzuka Circuit Park

1. If you are arriving by sightseeing bus, please enter from the bus/taxi gate in front of the Main Gate. Thank you for your understanding.
After getting off the bus, please proceed to the group reception on the right side of the ticket office.
2. If you are coming by car,
please enter from the parking gate and follow the instructions of the parking staff to park your car in an available parking space.
Please gather at the Main Gate and proceed to the group reception on the right side of the ticket sales office for registration.

QWhere is the group reception area?

AThe ticket office is located on the right side of the Main Gate.
At the group reception, we will provide tickets, settle payments, and provide information on facility usage.

QDo all members need to purchase the same ticket for Suzuka Circuit Park?

AThere is no problem even if the types of tickets are mixed.

QCan I receive Suzuka Circuit Park attraction tickets in advance?

ATickets will not be sent in advance. They will be given to you at the group reception upon arrival.

QIs it possible to use the lunch ticket for other menus by paying an additional fee?

AYou cannot use menus other than lunch tickets for an additional fee.
Only available for lunch ticket limited menu.

QCan I receive allergy information in advance about the lunch ticket menu at Park Restaurant?

AWe have prepared a list that indicates the presence or absence of 7 specific ingredients (eggs, milk, wheat, shrimp, crab, buckwheat, peanuts) based on the ingredient table for each menu.
※This is not an allergy-friendly menu. Thank you for your understanding.

QIs there a special menu for children and students with allergies at the Park Restaurant?

AAt Putti Town Kitchen, we offer 5 major allergy-free curries.
For children and students who wish to use it, we will give you a special lunch ticket upon arrival, so please contact us in advance.

QAre there any vouchers that can be used for purchasing attraction tickets, souvenirs, or meals?

AThere is a 500yen usage ticket available.
Attractions, hotels, restaurants, and other facilities are available for your use.
※Vending machines are not available.
Please understand that no change will be given.
The expiration date of the usage ticket is 6 months from the month of issue.

QCan we have announcements made inside the park?

AAnnouncements are available at any time within the park. Please inquire at the Main Information Center on the day of your visit.

QIs there an additional fee for photographers accompanying groups?

AIf you are accompanied by a photographer, a flat shooting fee of 2,100 yen will be required regardless of the number of people or shots.
Please pay the photography fee at the group reception upon arrival. 予めご了承ください。

QIf you want to know information about nearby facilities such as health centers or hospitals, where can you obtain the materials?

AFacility list will be sent by email or mail.

QCan I get a reissue if I lose my tickets or vouchers?
※Entrance tickets, attraction tickets, lunch tickets, usage tickets, etc.

AReissuing is not possible. You will need to purchase again. Thank you for your understanding.

QAre there any attractions where participants using wheelchairs can ride while remaining in their wheelchair?

ARun-run Balloon, Circuit Wheel can be used while in a wheelchair.
If there are customers with physical disabilities within your group, please contact us in advance.
Also, for customers with physical disabilities (groups), please be sure to visit us beforehand.
