Information Regarding Reservations

• ◎Sales Date and Time: Internet sales start from July 10 (Fri) 14:00
  ※During the period of August 22 (Sat) and 23 (Sun), admission to Suzuka Circuit requires a ticket to watch the 2026 AUTOBACS SUPER GT Round5 SUZUKA GT 300km RACE.
• ◎Sales target: 1 night stay on Saturday, August 22, 2026
  ※Check-in at 7:00 on Saturday, August 22, check-out at 22:00 on Sunday, August 23
• ◎Reservation method: First-come, first-served via internet application (all sites)
  ※You can apply for up to 2 sites per person per reception.
  ※For internet sales, only advance payment at the time of reservation (credit card / PayPay) is accepted. After payment, the reservation is completed when the reservation completion screen is displayed.
  ※Regarding phone sales, reservations will start being accepted from Thursday, July 23; however, if the site is already fully booked through the internet pre-sale, we will not be able to accept your reservation. Thank you for your understanding. For phone sales, your reservation will be completed once you have made the advance payment through the payment system provided by our facility.
  ※If fully booked, cancellation waitlist requests will be accepted from July 23 (Thu) 9:30. Applications are accepted only through the online request form. For details, please refer to the "About Accommodation Reservations" page.
• ◎The accommodation fee for this plan includes the bathing tax. (150 yen per adult per night)

Information Regarding Camping Accommodation

• ◎The regular check-in time is from 13:00 (14:00 for sites with tents), but on August 22 (Sat), you will be able to enter the site immediately after reception.
  * Excluding sites in use the previous day.
  * Tent sites are accessible by car only. The reception start time will be provided in the "Management Office Business Hours (PDF: 67KB)".
• ◎ For each site reservation, you may park one car at the campsite. Vehicles exceeding the limit cannot be parked inside the campsite, so please purchase a separate advance parking ticket. Additionally, up to two 2-wheel vehicles can be parked per site. * If advance parking tickets are sold out, entry into the parking area will not be permitted.
• ◎For customers with reservations, we will send the information guide and parking pass sequentially from around mid-August.
• ◎During your stay at the Family Camp, you can use the natural hot springs "THE SPA" as many times as you like.
  ※Available time slots are as follows.
  August 22 (Sat)・・・14:30～22:00
  August 23 (Sun)・・・6:00～10:30, 14:30～22:00 ※The last admission time is 30 minutes before each closing time.
  ※One "THE SPA" admission card key will be lent per site. Amenities such as bath towels, face towels, shampoo, and body soap are provided and available for free use.
• ◎There is no shared charging space. Please reserve a site with power supply or prepare a mobile battery, etc.
  * Power outlets in shared spaces such as the cooking area and restrooms are for maintenance and emergency use only, so please refrain from using them.
• ◎ When using a site with power supply, the limit is 20A (2000W) per site. Please use electrical appliances within the range that does not exceed 20A (2000W).
• ◎Please be quiet from 23:00 to 7:00 the next morning for the sake of guests who are sleeping.

★Regarding Operations During Strong Winds

When typhoon or strong wind warnings/advisories are issued, or on days when strong winds (generally around 7 m/s or more) are expected, the campsite may be closed or overnight stays may be declined for the safety of guests. In such cases, please understand that alternative accommodations cannot be provided.
* Based on information from the weather forecast site (https://tenki.jp/), if we determine that it is unsafe for you to stay, we may contact you in advance.
* No cancellation fees will be charged for the above reasons.

★Request for Cooperation Regarding the Use of Mobile Batteries and Similar Devices

There have been reports of overheating and fire incidents caused by lithium-ion battery products such as mobile batteries both domestically and internationally.

To ensure all guests can stay safely and securely, we kindly ask for your cooperation in following the precautions below regarding the use of mobile batteries and similar devices.

■Please refrain from using or storing the product in places that become hot.
■Also, please refrain from using products in the following conditions
<Examples> ・Swollen ・Abnormally hot ・Damaged

■Please refrain from charging the product when leaving the tent site or while sleeping.
When charging the product, please do so in a condition where you can monitor the product’s status.

■Request for Understanding
Please note that any accidents caused by misuse or malfunction of mobile batteries are the responsibility of the user. For safety reasons, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

• ※4...For those arriving by motorcycle, up to 2 bikes can be parked per site.
• ※5...The maximum capacity includes the number of children aged 0-2 years old. (Not included in the fee calculation.)
• ※6...Extension fee is the price for the maximum capacity (up to 4 people). Additional fee for 5 or more people is 1,050 yen per person.
  　 If you wish to extend your stay until 11:00 on August 24 (Mon), please apply at the reception.
• ※7...When making a reservation for 5 or more people that includes infants, the system does not reflect the fee for the children. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please settle the difference at the reception on the day.
