Information and Precautions

• Sales, resale listings, and purchases of VIP Suite Premium are available until August 16 (Sat) 23:59. Sales of dedicated parking are available until August 22 (Fri) 22:59.
• On your first entry, please enter with your ticket (electronic or paper) and exchange it for a plastic pass at the VIP Suite 1F.
• For those seated on the 4th floor, please take the elevator from the entrance (1st floor) up to the 5th floor, then use the stairs in each room to go down to the 4th floor.
• There are times when the western sun is too bright and difficult to see, so we recommend using hats, sunglasses, etc. as a measure against sunlight and UV rays.
• When using the dedicated parking lot, please present the QR code (electronic ticket) for the first time and exchange it for a parking ticket. From the second time onwards, please enter and exit by presenting the parking ticket.
• 3 years old and above are charged (beverages, meals, and other benefits are the same as adults)
• There may be areas that cannot be used for private or event use.
• No outside food or drinks are allowed in the VIP Suite Premium (4th and 5th floors). Please use the VIP Suite Terrace (3rd floor).
• Children under 3 years old are not allowed to enter the grid walk. In addition, children 3 years and older, and junior high school students and younger, must be accompanied by an adult (high school students and older) (entry is not allowed even with a stroller).
• During the grid walk, please pay sufficient attention to safety and behavior, and for children in elementary school and younger, please always hold hands with an adult (high school student or older). For children in upper elementary school and older, please do not take your eyes off them and act with an adult (high school student or older).
