About Tickets

■Information

• ・Suzuka Circuit FORMULA 1 JAPANESE GRAND PRIX Official Website (this site) ticket prices listed are the official online shop MobilityStation sales prices.
• ・Orders cannot be canceled after application due to customer circumstances. Also, please understand that cancellations and returns of purchased tickets are not accepted under any circumstances.
• ・Before purchasing, please check the MobilityStation Terms of Use and the 2026 FIA F1 World Championship Series Japanese Grand Prix Race Terms of Use.
• ・Ticket availability may fluctuate due to upgrades or changes. Please check MobilityStation for the latest stock status, including resale listings.
• ・Regarding receipt issuance, receipts can only be issued on the purchase details screen accessible from the "i" mark at the top right of My Ticket on MobilityStation when paying by credit card. If you require an invoice-compatible receipt, please use credit card payment.
  ※For prevention of duplicate issuance of receipts, we cannot issue receipts outside of the purchase details screen of My Ticket.
  ※If you choose to pay at a Seven-Eleven store, you will not be able to receive any receipt other than the "Ticket Payment Receipt" issued at the store.
  ※Issued per order. Cannot be divided or combined.

■Ticket (Spectator Ticket / Parking Ticket) Type

• ・Electronic tickets, printed tickets output by the designated method from electronic tickets, or tickets issued at 7-Eleven stores

■Age Classification

• ・Adult (24 years and older)
• ・U23 (High school student ~ 23 years old)
• ・Child: Elementary and junior high school students
• ・Infant: 3 years old to preschool children
• * Please purchase tickets based on the age as of Sunday, March 29, 2026.

■Ticket Application Period

• ・Admission Ticket (excluding Friday ticket): Valid for 3 days from Friday, March 27, 2026 to Sunday, March 29, 2026 ※The admission ticket includes park entry fees and a park passport (unlimited rides on attractions) for 4 days from Thursday, March 26 to Sunday, March 29.

• ・Friday Ticket: March 27, 2026 (Fri)
  *The Friday Ticket includes park admission and a park passport (unlimited rides on attractions) for two days, March 26 (Thu) to 27 (Fri).
  The areas available for viewing with a Friday ticket are the general admission seats from March 26 (Thu) to March 27 (Fri).

■Parking Ticket Applicable Period

• ・Varies depending on the parking lot.

■How to Display Electronic Tickets

• ・When logged into MobilityStation, tap My Tickets → "Spectator Ticket" from the MENU at the top left to display your purchased spectator tickets.
  On the day of the event, please tap "Today's Ticket".
  Precautions for each ticket can be confirmed by tapping the "!" in the seat type column of the ticket.

Regarding ticket changes

■Age Category Change

In the case of electronic tickets, changes to the age category are only possible for adults, provided that the ticket is within the validity period and has not been used. A difference payment is required when making changes.
From 0:00 on March 27 (Fri), the ticket price will switch to the same-day rate. Please note that if you make changes, the difference will be calculated between same-day rates. (The same-day rates will be announced as soon as they are decided.)

• * Some tickets cannot be changed. Changes for infants, children, and U23 are not allowed.
• Please change it from the MENU > My Tickets of MobilityStation. Tickets issued at Seven-Eleven stores cannot be changed.

■Seat Change (Upgrade)

If electronic tickets are available, upgrades are possible. Changes will incur a price difference. The fee will be the difference between the original ticket price and the new ticket price, and if there is no difference, a fee of 500yen will be charged.
From 0:00 on March 27 (Fri), the ticket price will switch to the same-day rate. Please note that if you make changes, the difference will be calculated between same-day rates. (The same-day rates will be announced as soon as they are decided.)

• * You cannot change to a seat that is cheaper than the price of the ticket you have already purchased.
• * When making changes, please do not forget to release your previous seat. To avoid additional purchases, please confirm the contents and prices in your cart before making a purchase.

■Ensuring viewing spaces, shaded areas, and rest areas throughout the venue

• 1. Leisure sheets are allowed to be used only in the west area, but please use them as a guide with a width of about 60cm and a length of about 70cm per person.
• 2. If items are left unattended for a long period of time, they may be considered as "reserving a spot" and may be removed.
• ※Please remove your leisure sheet or other items when leaving the area.
• ※You cannot reserve a place that spans days.
  We are not responsible for any damage, dirt, loss, etc. caused by removal.
• 3. We will immediately remove any gum tape, craft tape, vinyl string, etc. used for reserving places.
• ※If any damage to other customers' clothing or seat paint occurs due to this place reservation, we may charge you for the actual cost.

■Installation of cheering banners and use of cheering flags

• 1. Banners cannot be attached to handrails, etc. Please install them in places that do not obstruct the view of other customers, such as the top fence of the stand or the bottom fence of the front row.
• 2. If the size of the cheering banner is deemed too large by the staff, we may refuse to install it or remove it.
• 3. In the event of the following, we may remove it.
• ・If there are URLs, company logos unrelated to F1, or other expressions that are deemed inappropriate
• ・In case of strong winds, unclear installation, or other reasons deemed dangerous
• - In case of causing inconvenience to other customers (such as lack of ventilation, obstruction, discomfort, etc.)
  We are not responsible for any damage, contamination, or loss of items due to removal.

■About Bringing in Personal Items

• Prohibited to bring in and use within the following premises.
• Tent, Parasol
• ※In case of rain, please watch with a kappa poncho. Umbrellas may obstruct the view of other customers and can cause injuries or accidents due to contact during crowded times, so please refrain from using them in the viewing seats, pit walk, and other events on the course.
• ※Please refrain from using umbrellas in the spectator seats.

■Use of Cameras and Filming Equipment

• 1. Cameras and video cameras with a total length of 26cm or more (including lenses, lens hoods, and camera bodies) are prohibited from being used in all spectator seats and area seats, except for the photographer area. If the length exceeds 26cm when zoomed, please do not use it.
• 2. On Fridays, cameras with a total length of 26cm or more can be used in general admission areas other than V1 and V2, as long as they do not cause inconvenience to other customers. However, please note that their use may be prohibited depending on the situation.
  ※Please use it after confirming the surrounding environment sufficiently even in the available area.
• 3. Please be careful not to cause inconvenience to those around you even if you have a camera less than 26cm in length.
• 4. "Selfie sticks" and similar items should not be used in spectator areas, crowded areas, or for safety reasons that may obstruct your view.
