List of Fees (When Purchased on MobilityStation)
●Seven-Eleven Ticket Issuance and Payment
A handling fee will be charged when purchasing and paying at Seven-Eleven stores.
In-store payment handling fee 260yen / per transaction
Ticket issuance fee 130yen / per ticket
●Seat Change (Upgrade/E-Ticket Only)
An upgrade fee will be charged for each seat. The fee will be the difference between the original price and the new ticket price, and if there is no difference, a handling fee of "500 yen" will be charged.
●Age category change (e-ticket only)
Age category changes are only possible to adult for unused e-tickets within the validity period. Changes to infant, child, or U23 categories are not allowed.
Please make changes from MENU > My Tickets on MobilityStation. Tickets issued at Seven-Eleven stores cannot be changed.
Additional payment is required when making changes.
