②B2-1・B2-2・ C・D-5・D-1 (Temporary Photo Space) E・M・Hairpin admission available

You can photograph cars diving from the main straight into Turn 1. Especially at the start, you can capture scenes of cars fiercely battling for position as they approach Turn 1. However, since the distance between the course and the shooting point is far, it is highly likely that you will not be able to take good photos without a large telephoto lens. Access from GP Square is the closest, and there is also the advantage of being able to go directly to the stands from the Turn 1 gate. Only those who have purchased tickets classified as "B2・Hairpin admission available" can enter this B2 area. Since 2019, ① "B2-3" and ② "B2-1・2" have been separate areas with different pricing.
* The area in front of the permanent Hairpin seats requires a "Hairpin Plus" ticket.

③C・D-5・D-1 (Temporary Photo Space) Admission available for E・M・Hairpin
A popular hairpin shooting area since the introduction of photographer area tickets. The distance between the course and the shooting point is relatively close, and since it is a corner where the speed of the car also decreases, even those who do not have a telephoto lens can take pictures without worry. Although it is far from GP Square, you can spend a comfortable day by using the nearby 130R Oasis as a resting base. From 2017, a "Hairpin Plus" ticket is required for admission to the Hairpin I seat permanent front area. As it is a popular area, the "Hairpin Plus" ticket is also expected to sell out quickly.
※Tickets for "C・D-5・D-1 (temporary photo space) E・M admission available" are only valid for Friday and can be used for photography in the Hairpin shooting area (excluding Hairpin Plus).

④C・D-5・D-1 (Temporary Photo Space) E・M Admission Available
A popular shooting spot among amateur photographers even at domestic races. Especially at the reverse bank, if the weather is good, you can take photos with Ise Bay and Suzuka cityscape in the background. Also, since the distance is not far, it is possible to shoot to some extent even without a large telephoto lens. However, because the speed of F1 cars passing through the corner is fast, it may be difficult to get the focus right at first and you might struggle a bit.
There is a Reverse Bank Oasis nearby, which can be used for breaks outside of sessions. Also, since the qualifying and final races take place in the afternoon with front lighting, you can shoot without worrying about details like the position of the sun.

Spoon Curve, it is possible to take photos in the dedicated shooting area next to the M area. It may be difficult to take photos without a large telephoto lens due to the distance from the course. You can take photos of the machine in the opposite direction of the S-curve and reverse bank, so it will be a different atmosphere photo. It takes time and considerable effort to move from GP Square to Spoon with camera equipment, but if you can use Spoon Gate, you can access it immediately.

Since 2017, the area from 130R to just before the chicane has been established. This is a spot where you can photograph braking right before the chicane up close.

Photography Allowed Area

Pre-designated photo shooting points are set, and admission and shooting are permitted within those areas. These include the top tier of B2 seats, the dedicated S-Corner area, the top tier of D-5 seats, D-1 (temporary photo space), the dedicated E seats area, two dedicated areas at the Hairpin, and the dedicated Spoon area. There are four types of photographer area tickets, each allowing access to different shooting areas.

Availability of Cloakroom

When seriously photographing race scenes, you end up carrying a lot of camera equipment and other gear. Although you can move around the admission areas during sessions to shoot, the amount of gear often makes this inconvenient. Therefore, a cloakroom is set up at GP Square. If you want to store your luggage there and shoot with only the necessary equipment, you need to purchase both a photographer area ticket and cloakroom access simultaneously.
