Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available at the official Suzuka Circuit online shop "MobilityStation" and "Asoview!" (only for West Area tickets).
Tickets are not sold at the Suzuka Circuit ticket window, by phone, convenience stores, or ticket agencies.

Is it impossible to purchase on MobilityStation without a credit card?

Please use Seven-Eleven in-store ticket issuance for ticket pickup and Seven-Eleven in-store payment for payment. Cash is accepted for Seven-Eleven in-store payment. For other payment and pickup methods, please check the Seven Ticket User Guide.
Please note that there is a deadline for payment. If payment is not made within the deadline, it will be cancelled. Please check the purchase completion email and My Ticket for details on the deadline.
※If you purchase 20 or more tickets at one time, or if the total payment amount is over 300,000 yen, you cannot choose to receive your tickets at the store or make payment at the store.
※If you choose Seven-Eleven in-store payment: until 23:59 on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 ※If you need a receipt compliant with the invoice system, please use credit card payment.
If you select payment at the Seven-Eleven store, the "Ticket Payment Receipt" you receive at the store will serve as the official receipt. Please note that no other receipts besides the "Ticket Payment Receipt" can be issued. However, the purchase details screen, accessible via the "i" icon at the top right of My Ticket, includes supplementary information for the qualified simplified invoice. Therefore, the combination of the "Ticket Payment Receipt" and the PDF of the purchase details screen can be treated as fulfilling the requirements of a qualified invoice. The purchase details screen is issued per order and cannot be split or combined.

What payment methods are available on MobilityStation?

You can choose credit card payment or payment at 7-Eleven stores.
Available cards: American Express, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club (lump-sum payment only)
* Debit cards, prepaid cards, or credit cards issued overseas may not be able to be registered.
Which cards can be registered depends on the judgment of each card company and payment processing service, so we cannot answer inquiries about this.
For payment at 7-Eleven stores, cash is accepted. For other payment and receipt methods, please refer to the 7ticket User Guide.

How do I receive tickets from MobilityStation?

If you pay by credit card on MobilityStation, you will receive an electronic ticket. If you pay at a 7-Eleven store, you will receive your ticket at the 7-Eleven store at the time of payment.
You can check your electronic ticket by logging into MobilityStation and tapping My Tickets > Admission Tickets / Parking Tickets from the MENU.
For Seven-Eleven in-store ticket issuance, the payment deadline and payment slip number are indicated.

Can I cancel?

Tickets once purchased cannot be exchanged, changed, canceled, or refunded for any reason.
If you receive your ticket electronically via MobilityStation, please consider using the resale service.

Some tickets are not eligible for resale listing.
* "West Area Tickets" purchased on Asoview! are not eligible for resale.

I would like to have a receipt.

Receipts can only be issued on the purchase details screen accessible from the "i" icon at the top right of My Ticket when payment is made by credit card on MobilityStation.
Please use credit card payment if you require an invoice-compatible receipt.
To prevent duplicate issuance of receipts, we cannot issue receipts except from the purchase details screen in My Ticket.
Receipts are issued per order. Splitting or combining orders is not possible.
* If you select payment at a 7-Eleven store, the "Ticket Payment Receipt" you receive at the store will serve as the receipt. Please note that receipts other than the "Ticket Payment Receipt" cannot be issued. However, the purchase details screen accessible from the "i" icon at the top right of My Ticket includes supplementary information for the qualified simplified invoice items, so the combination of the "Ticket Payment Receipt" and the PDF from the purchase details screen can be treated as fulfilling the qualified invoice requirements. * My Ticket displays history until the end of March of the year following the race or event. Please note that from April of the year after the race or event, history display and receipt issuance will no longer be available.

From what age is a ticket required?

A ticket is required for ages 3 and up. Children aged 2 and under must watch on a guardian’s lap. If a seat is needed, a ticket must be purchased. When purchased together while seats are available, adjacent seats will be assigned.

Can I change a child ticket to an adult ticket?

If you receive your ticket as an electronic ticket via MobilityStation, you can change the age category from MENU > My Tickets in MobilityStation. Some tickets are not eligible for changes.
Tickets issued at 7-Eleven stores cannot be changed under any circumstances. Please note that price differences will not be handled at the gate.
You cannot change from an adult ticket to a child ticket.

I can only attend on the qualifying day or the final day. Are single-day tickets available for purchase?

There are no tickets sold for viewing on qualifying day only. Please purchase reserved seat tickets or area tickets that allow viewing for all three days.

Is there an exchange for tickets issued at Seven-Eleven stores?

There is no ticket exchange. Please be sure to bring the ticket you received when entering.
* In case of loss or forgetting, you cannot enter with just the purchase history.

I lost the ticket I purchased / I forgot my ticket! Can it be reissued?

Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, regardless of the reason (theft, loss, damage).
Please keep your valuable tickets safe until race day and be sure to bring them with you so you do not forget them.

I want to enjoy the park as well as watch the race. Do I need a separate admission ticket or park passport?

Reserved seat tickets and area tickets include a park passport valid from March 26 (Thu) to March 29 (Sun), so a separate park admission ticket is not necessary.

I have a race ticket. How can I ride the attractions in the park?

Please go to each attraction boarding area from March 27 (Fri) to March 29 (Sun). You do not need to show your race ticket or any other ticket.
* On March 26 (Thu), please show your race ticket to the staff at each attraction boarding area.

I have a park annual passport. Can I watch the race?

You cannot use this during the F1 event period as it is an excluded day. Please purchase a spectator ticket. (One-day park passports are also not sold during the F1 event period.)

I have a shareholder benefit ticket. Can I watch the race?

You cannot use this during the F1 event period as it is an excluded day. Please purchase a spectator ticket.

I have the Suzuka Circuit 50th Anniversary Day visitor limited commemorative card. Can I watch the race?

You cannot use this during the F1 event period as it is an excluded day. Please purchase a spectator ticket.

At what age should I purchase a ticket?

Please purchase tickets based on your age on the final day, Sunday, March 29.

I have a reserved seat ticket. Is it possible to watch from the West Area as well?

Possible.

What is a Photographer Area Ticket?

This ticket includes special privileges for amateur photographers. You can freely enter and exit the designated area during the event period. Additionally, the use of large telephoto lenses, which are generally restricted in regular seating areas, is permitted.
* Please use large telephoto lenses only within the photographer-exclusive shooting area, ensuring you do not obstruct the view or movement of other guests.
Except for the photographer area, cameras used within each spectator area must be less than 26 cm in total length. (Cameras 26 cm or longer are not allowed)
*On Fridays only, in free seating areas other than V1 and V2, use is allowed as long as it does not disturb other guests; however, depending on the situation, usage may be prohibited.

What kind of seat is an Outlet Seat?

Seats that are somewhat obstructed by structures such as handrails, utility poles, and course marshal posts are called Outlet Seats, while Super Outlet Seats have an even larger obstructed viewing area. Sample views are available on our website, so please check them before purchasing.

Are Paddock Passes available for purchase?

There is no general sale of Paddock Passes for the FORMULA 1 JAPANESE GRAND PRIX. (Sales of Inner Track Fan Area Passes are also not available.)

What kind of ticket is the West Area Ticket? Where can you watch from?

This ticket covers the J, L, M, N (Spoon Curve), O, and P (130R) areas, allowing you to freely choose your viewing points according to the racing scenes and enjoy the race. Please note that there are no individual seats provided in the West Area.
On Fridays only, except for V1, V2, the photographer-only shooting area, GRAN VIEW seats, R-BOX, S-BOX, VIP SUITE, and Formula 1 Paddock Club™, seating is unreserved, so you can also watch from the East Course area. (If a reserved seat ticket holder requests, please give up your seat.)
Also, customers with reserved seat tickets may enter and watch from the West Area. Customers holding West Area tickets can enter through all admission gates, but the viewing area is limited to the areas mentioned above.
On Saturdays and Sundays, West Area tickets do not allow viewing in the East Course area. Please note that privacy screens will be installed behind reserved seats and in aisles to prevent overcrowding.

What are the F1 Experience and Champions Club? It seems they are not sold on MobilityStation.
