I got lost inside the park. Where can I ask if I have any questions?

If you have any troubles or need information about events on the day, please come to the "Main Information Center" inside Suzuka Circuit Park. Our staff will assist you.
The location of the Main Information Center can be found on the park map. Please refer to it beforehand.

I became ill while playing in the park. Is there a place where I can rest?

There is a first aid station next to the Main Gate inside Suzuka Circuit Park.
If you feel unwell inside the park, please call out to a nearby staff member. 予めご了承ください。

Is there a place to check in baggage?

We have coin lockers available for temporary storage of luggage and souvenirs. (No refrigeration function)
Fee: Large/400 yen, Medium/300 yen, Small/200 yen
Location: Main Gate (outside), Main Information Center side, under the Grandstand, in front of Batto's Power Crystal Hunt, under the Rocky Coaster

Can I use a credit card when shopping inside the park?

Credit cards that can be used for ticket purchases and at various shops in the park can be checked here. (Please check with the staff when using at some temporary shops and restaurants as they may not be accepted.)

Where can I smoke?

At the park and racing course, smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Please use the "SMOKING Area" within the park. For the location of the SMOKING Area, please refer to the park map. Thank you for your understanding.

Is there a service to charge my smartphone?

Currently, we do not provide charging services for mobile phones, smartphones, and cameras within the park. Thank you for your understanding.

Is there a store that sells batteries?

Available for purchase at the following stores.

V-STAR SHOP (※only during major races): AA, AAA, CR2, CR123A
CIRCUIT PLAZA: AA, AAA
GARAGE R: AA, AAA

Is re-entry possible?

Please present your valid admission ticket or park passport at the Main Gate to the staff. Thank you for your understanding.
