QI plan to come by car. Is there an entrance gate for guests staying overnight?

AThere is no dedicated entrance gate. Please enter from the parking gate.

QWhat time is check-in and check-out?

APlease check the following for check-in and check-out times. Please note that check-in times may vary depending on the site.

QIs there a parking lot available before check-in?

AYes, we have a dedicated parking space available in front of the campsite management building that can be used even before check-in.
You can also move to the parking space next to the site you reserved after check-in time.

QCan I check in before the check-in time?

AYes, we accept accommodation procedures.
Please check the reception hours in advance as they may vary depending on the day.

QCan I freely enter and exit the city from the parking lot?

AYes, it is available. Please present your parking ticket when entering.

Reservation and Application

QI have no idea what camping is like. What is it like?

AStaying in nature is called "camping", and this is a beginner-friendly campsite located next to Suzuka Circuit Park and restaurants.

QWhat are the benefits of having a site with power and water supply?

APower supply is available for your household electrical appliances. (Up to 20A)
Also, the convenience of being able to use water on the spot without moving is available with a water supply.

QWhat is the difference between a Wood Deck Site and a Wood Deck Site with Terrace?

AThe wood deck site does not have a terrace, and a table is set in the grass area one step below the wood deck.
Wood deck sites (with terrace) have tables set up on the wood deck terrace. Please choose according to your preference.

QHow long does it take to set up a rental tent for the first time? Also, will you teach me how to set it up if I don't know how?

AFor first-time visitors, it will take about an hour. If you are unsure about assembly, please speak to our staff. We will provide advice.

QI have reserved an easy site, but is it possible to set up the tent myself?

ASorry, the Raku Raku site is a site where tents and other items are set up upon arrival.
If you wish to set up your own tent, please reserve a site with power or a free site.

QPlease tell us about the cushioning of the tent mat set on the easy site.

AThis is a quilting material, but it does not have a thick cushioning.

QIs it cold (hot) on the day? Is there anything I should prepare in advance?

AThe weather may suddenly change. Please prepare for any situation by bringing a jacket, blanket (towel blanket), etc.
Also, for sites with power supply, it is convenient to have a fan in the summer.

QIs there a parking space on the site to stay?

AYes, you can use the parking spaces within each site. We have one parking space for one passenger car per site.

QWill you be using the park? Are there any ticket sales for guests staying overnight?

AYes, customers who have made reservations on the official website can purchase admission tickets and park passports at a discounted price in advance.
Purchase method will be informed in the confirmation email sent after reservation.
Purchase period: 7 days before the stay date to 13:59 on the day of stay Price: Admission ticket 1,800 yen ~, Park passport 4,300 yen ~

QWhen does the cancellation fee apply?

AIf the number of guests staying is up to 14 people, the cancellation fee will be as follows.
・Cancellation 3 days prior to the stay or the day before: 20% of the accommodation fee
・Cancellation on the day of stay: 50% of the accommodation fee
・Cancellation without notice: Full room charge
※Cancellation due to sudden illness or natural disasters of children or unavoidable circumstances is not limited to the above. Please contact us for more information.
※Some races may require a separate cancellation fee.

QAt what age do infants start to incur charges?

AChildren aged 3 and above are charged.

QIs there a height restriction for cars?

AThe family campsite is outdoors, so there are no restrictions, but we do not have parking for large vehicles (trucks, trailers, etc.).

QWhen will the internet accommodation plan start?

AInternet accommodation plans are sold seasonally. Please contact us for the start of sales.

QI made a reservation from the internet. How can I change or cancel my stay dates and number of people?

AIf there are any changes or cancellations to the schedule, number of people, or number of sites, please make the changes or cancellations yourself through the reservation system. Also, please call the reservation center to make changes on the day before or the day of your stay.

QI would like to apply for the waiting list.

ACancellation waiting list is accepted by phone. We can only wait for the second choice.

QCan I stay with my pet?

APets are not allowed in all facilities at Suzuka Circuit. Please use nearby pet hotels.

About Dining and BBQ

QIs there a store nearby where I can buy ingredients?

AThere is a supermarket about a 5-minute drive away.

QCan you store food at the management building? (Is there a refrigerator?)

AThere is no service to store ingredients. We ask customers to manage them themselves.

QWhat should I do with the rented barbecue grill after use?

APlease put out the fire and leave it on the site for safety as we will collect it afterwards. Thank you for your understanding.

QWhat comes with the rental of a barbecue house or barbecue grill?

AOnly table reservations for the barbecue house are available, there are no accessories included.
We will provide a hotplate, tongs, paper plates, and disposable chopsticks with your reservation for a barbecue grill or barbecue house.

QCan we have a barbecue next to the tent?

AAvailable. We also have barbecue grills available for rent.

QWill you take your trash with you?

AOn the day, we will provide you with garbage bags and a garbage sorting table at the reception. Please sort and dispose of your garbage in the nearby trash cans. There is also a charcoal disposal area.

QWhy is it prohibited to use open flames?

AEnjoy camping on the lawn and wooden deck.
Please use a barbecue grill with legs as direct fire may cause the grass and wooden deck to catch fire.

QIs there a facility where I can have breakfast?

ARestaurants in the hotel area, such as THE DINING, and snack shops within the park (during park opening hours) are also available for use.
※Please make a reservation in advance for THE DINING.

QCan I bring my own ingredients?

AAllowed to bring in.

QCan adjacent sites be used if multiple site reservations are made?

APlease note that we are unable to accommodate requests during major race events. For other dates, we will do our best to accommodate your requests, but please understand that we may not be able to fulfill all requests. Thank you for your understanding.

QWhat measures are being taken when a typhoon approaches?

AWe have prepared a waiting area in case of an emergency.

QCan the barbecue house be used by 7 people at one table?

AThe maximum number of people allowed to use one table is 6. Please consult us if you need to add an infant.

QWhat is sold at the management building store?
