Usage Guide

No outside food or drinks allowed

Use of Sun Oil, Shampoo, and Body Soap
Shoes are allowed inside the poolside locker building.
Sunshade tents and other items outside of designated areas
No bringing of fire, dangerous goods, bottles, cans, snorkels, fins, or oars.
Swimming in diapers. However, swimming in water play diapers is possible.
Please note that we are not responsible for any loss, theft, etc. in the stroller parking area. Thank you for your understanding.

Precautions

Customers with tattoos, including stickers, are not allowed to enter or use the facilities. Thank you for your understanding.

Person with tattoos (including non-permanent body stickers and body paint) are NOT ALLOWED to enter the Aqua Adventure (water park)

Please use tents, parasols, tables, and chairs in the designated "Free Tent Area".
If it is too large to interfere with the passage of other customers, please refrain from using it.
There is a break time every hour at the pool.
Please do not run around the poolside.
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the pool.
Swimming is only allowed in swimwear.
Also, you can swim while wearing a T-shirt, but please prepare a clean T-shirt as we manage the water quality. Please be aware that there is a possibility of discoloration due to chlorine.
At the poolside, you can use sandals, water shoes, etc. (items that are not used outdoors on a daily basis).
※The poolside floor temperature rises during the day. We recommend using footwear.
Pools are prohibited for diving.
Please refrain from entering if you are in a drunken state or feeling unwell.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
There may be a temporary suspension of swimming due to bad weather (thunderstorms).
If you engage in violent behavior or cause inconvenience to other customers, you will be asked to leave.
Cameras are allowed, but only for family and companions. If filming for a long time, we may ask you to stop.
※Please refrain from taking photos that may make other customers uncomfortable. 予めご了承ください。
Wheelchairs can be used at the poolside if the tires are washed. However, they cannot be used inside the locker building. Please change clothes at the following location and method.
- Locker Building (Changing Room) Usage: Assistance from a caregiver or self-walking is required.
- Near the Adventure Baby area, use the multipurpose toilet: support from a caregiver or self-walking is necessary.

Pool Admission Ticket/Entry

Where can I buy advance tickets?

"Available for purchase until 14:00 on the day of use at "Asobiew! (e-ticket)".

I purchased a web ticket, but the weather doesn't seem to be good, so I want to cancel it.

"Asobiew! (e-ticket)" purchased WEB tickets can be cancelled until 14:00 on the day of use.

※Cancellation and refunds, except for the above, will only be accepted in case of suspension of operations at WATER PARK AQUA ADVENTURE due to weather conditions, etc.

If you do not swim, do you need to purchase a pool admission ticket to go to the poolside?

Even customers who do not swim need a pool admission ticket to enter the Aqua Adventure area.

Can I enter the pool with a reservation for the rest space only?

The reservation and fee for the rest space does not include the pool entrance fee. A separate pool entrance ticket is required.

Can I re-enter the pool area?

On the day, it is only possible during pool opening hours. If you wish to re-enter, please speak to the Pool Gate staff when exiting the pool area. Thank you for your understanding.

For those who are bringing small children

Can I get hot water for milk in the pool area?: We have prepared "Batto's Hungry Kitchen" next to Adventure Mountain.
Are allergy-friendly meals available on site?: "Putti Town Kitchen" is available at the park.
Allergy-friendly food can also be brought in from outside the park.
Is it okay to enter the pool with a diaper?: Swimming is not allowed with regular diapers. Please use swim diapers.
Is there a sale of diapers for water play only in the pool area?: "You can purchase at Adven Beach Side Shop."

Swimming and Personal Belongings

What is the depth of the pool?: The type and location of the pool may vary. Click here for details.
Is it possible to enter the water in a T-shirt?: Swimming while wearing a T-shirt is allowed. In that case, please prepare a clean T-shirt.
Please note that there is a possibility of discoloration due to chlorine in the pool, so thank you for your understanding.
What can't you bring into the pool area?: Glass products (excluding glasses), tents with a width and depth of 2 meters or more, flammable items, other dangerous items, bottles and cans are not allowed to be brought in.
Are there any items that cannot be used during swimming?: Please note that snorkels, fins, and oars cannot be used for safety reasons. Please refrain from using sunscreen, shampoo, and body soap.
Is there a limit to the size of the float?: There is no size limit for floats. However, for boat type floats, oars cannot be used for safety reasons.
Is it possible to enter the pool while wearing water shoes?: Wearing water shoes is generally prohibited for entering the water.
However, in case of injury, it is possible to enter the water wearing only the injured foot.

Free Tent Area

Where is the free tent area located?: There are three locations: Adventure River Back, Adventure Drive South, and Forest BOX Back.
Can tents be set up outside the free tent area?: For safety reasons, we ask that you only use the free tent area.
Are there any size restrictions for tents?: Please keep each tent within 2m in length and width.
Can tent fasteners be driven into the ground in the free tent area?: The ground is made of concrete and cannot be fixed with stakes or other fixtures. Please take measures to prevent your belongings from being blown away by the wind.
Are there any free rest areas other than the free tent area?: There is limited space, but some fixed parasols are installed by the poolside.

Rental

What is available for rent?: Float (500 yen), bath towel (500 yen), air pump (free, not available for carry-on).
Where can I rent?: We accept reservations at the "Pool Information Center and Rental Reception" in the Adventure Mountain Area.
Are swimsuits, goggles, and foot-entry type floats available for rental?: We do not offer rentals, but we sell at the Adventure Mountain Area "Adven Beach Side Shop".
Is tent rental available?: We do not offer rentals. However, simple tents are available for purchase at the Adventure Mountain area's "Adven Beach Shop".

Other

Is it okay to go to the park in a swimsuit?: Yes, it is okay to wear a swimsuit.
What attractions can you play in your swimsuit?: You can ride in your swimsuit without any other attractions with the following conditions.

Is it possible to bring a cooler box?: Allowed to bring in.
How far can I go with shoes and sandals?: The areas that can be accessed by shoes are limited to areas other than the pool, poolside (including paid restaurant spaces), and the locker building.
Sandals can also be used at the poolside and in the paid restaurant space.
How far can strollers and wheelchairs go?: Baby strollers and wheelchairs can be brought to your own rest area.
Pools cannot be brought into the poolside locker building.
Is there a smoking area?: There are three designated smoking areas.
Is there a dehydrator?: Two lockers are installed inside the building. (Free)
Are there any valuables lockers (small lockers)?: There are no lockers available for luggage.
What payment methods are available for cashless transactions in the pool?: The following cashless payment methods are available for use.
