About reservations and applications

Can I make a hotel reservation for the F1 Grand Prix period?
Unfortunately, we do not take reservations for the F1 Grand Prix period as the hotel will be reserved for related parties only.
From what age are infants charged?
Charges apply from 3 years old.
When do you start selling Internet plans?
Internet accommodation plans are sold seasonally.
The start date for reservations will be announced on our official website as soon as it is decided.

I made a reservation via the Internet. What should I do if I want to change the accommodation schedule or number of people or cancel the reservation?
If you want to cancel your reservation or change the number of people, please cancel or change via the reservation system by yourself.
To change the reservation date, please make a new reservation for the desired date and then cancel the previous reservation before the change.
If you would like to add more rooms, please make a reservation as "new".
Please call the reservation center for changes on the day before or on the day of your stay.

How much is the cancellation fee?
If the number of guests is up to 14 people, the cancellation fee determined by the hotel shall be as follows.
・Cancellation from 3 days to the day before the date of stay: 20% of the rate
・Cancellation on the day of stay: 50% of the rate
・Cancellation without notice: Full rate
※The above cancellation fee shall not apply to cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances such as sudden illness of children or natural disasters. Please contact us for more information.
※For some races, a separate cancellation fee may be set.

Can I purchase a Suzuka Circuit Park Passport at the hotel front desk?
Sorry but you can not purchase Park Passpork at hotel front reception.
Please come and require these ticket(s) at Hotel Gate on the day.

Access / Transportation

I would like to go by car, where is the nearest interchange?
If you come by Higashi-Meihan Expressway, it will be the Suzuka Interchange.
You can come from Suzuka Interchange in about 30 minutes.
If you come by Meihan National Highway, please proceed toward Nagoya from Kameyama Interchange on National Route 1.
You can come from Kameyama Interchange in about 30 minutes.
Where is the entry gate for cars?
Please enter from the same Suzuka Circuit Parking Gate as visitors using the Suzuka Circuit Park and the race track.
Please tell the name of the person who made the reservation at the parking gate. Please pick up your hotel guest parking pass for the duration of your stay.
After entering, please go to the hotel front desk to check in.

Where is the car parking lot?
Parking lot is available within the hotel area for hotel guests.
At the check-in procedure at the hotel front desk, the staff will inform you of a parking lot near your accommodation building.

Is it okay to park the car before check-in?
You can park your car even before check-in on the day of your stay.
The parking lot may change depending on the reservation status of the previous day.
We will inform you of a parking lot as close to the front desk as possible during the check-in at the time of arrival.

What time is the Check-in and Check-out time?
Check-in is at 15:00, check-out is at 11:00.
Is it possible to check in before check-in time (before 15:00)?
Check in (Room in) time is after 15:00.
Please note that check-in procedures is available before 15:00, so please come to the hotel front reception.
Is it possible to pay for accommodation without cash?
In addition to the following credit cards, the following payment services are available.

Do you sell baby products such as disposable diapers and powdered milk in the hotel area?
They are sold at the lobby shop inside the hotel reception area.

Do you have stroller rentals?
Strollers are not available for rent in the hotel area.
Strollers to be used in Suzuka Circuit Park can be rented out (for a fee) at the Main Information Center in Suzuka Circuit Park. *They can only be used during Suzuka Circuit Park business hours.
Do you have a microwave oven?
A microwave oven is located in the lobby of the West Building.
Please use it for warming the baby food you brought.
For guests staying in other accommodation buildings, please contact the hotel front desk.
Do you have rental umbrellas?
Rental umbrellas are available at the hotel front desk. Please use it when it rains (free of charge).

Guest room Information

Can children of 6 to 12 years old share a bed with parents?
We provide one bed for a child of 6 to 12 years old. Bed sharing is not available.
※For the Kochira Family Room in the West Building, extra futons are available depending on the number of people.

Restaurant Information

My child has food allergies. Is there anything they can eat?
In order for your child to have meals without worries, we respond at the restaurant.
Please be sure to consult us about detailed symptoms at the time of booking or in advance.

The allergen information list is created based on raw ingredients and does not correspond to contamination due to the factory manufacturing process. We do not cater for allergies (including cake that comes with the accommodation plan).

All menu items are cooked in the same kitchen.
